The staff at Serenity were amazing. Isabell made a difficult situation a lot easier. All the staff treated dad's funeral with respect.
I am pleased we were able to help make things easier for you at such a difficult time. It is always good to hear that individual members of our team have provided a service to you to the best of their ability.
We lost our dad on the 7th of December last year and he was cremated on 7th of January 2022. Serenity Funeral Directors were recommended to us by a friend.
We were in close contact with the same lady throughout the whole process and are still being supported now.
We cannot express our gratitude for all the staff's kindness, compassion and courtesy on the day.
I would highly recommend Serenity to anyone in need of this type of service, they couldn't do enough for us ,I myself am in a wheelchair, this wasn't a problem for them. Nothimg. was too much trouble for them, they really went above and beyond our expectations. We are forever grateful to Serenity for everything they done and helped us with and would like to thank them for everything. They are also very reasonably priced aswell which doesn't reflect on their service in any way.
Thank you for leaving a review online for Serenity Funeral Directors. Our whole team are here to give you the utmost compassion and support to each and every client and I am glad they did this for you.
I was very happy with the service provided the staff went all out to make sure everything was perfect and kept me informed of everything that had to be done. On the day of the funeral I couldn't have asked them to do any more and they made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. They were so professional and everyone at funeral commented on them and they made sure the service went according to plan and all our needs were met. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral directors and if I had to sort another funeral they would be my first choice cannot thank them enough for their service and professionalism that they showed towards myself and my family so would just like to thank you all once again
Thank you for these lovely words, it means so much to the whole team. We know how special each person is and aim to convey this in all aspects of our work from the arrangements to the day of the service and these kind words mean a great deal to the whole team. We always strive to give each family what they need even when times are difficult.
Sympathetic and dealt with the cremation professionally at a reasonable cost. Would recommend.
Thank you for sharing your experience online. You are helping others to make more informed funeral choices, whatever those may be. We are very proud of our team and the care they give and it means the world when we hear from the families that we have looked after.
I would like to thank Isabell and all at Serenity for a caring and professional funeral for my father. They were a great help to me during a difficult time. Thank you
