The professional and supportive service was exceptional throughout the sad process of laying my beloved aunt to rest. Every member of their staff couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive. Very much appreciated their guidance, kindness and consideration.
Marilyn was the nicest, kindest person we’ve ever met. She talked us through everything that would be involved in our Mothers Funeral, and made us feel at ease.
On the day of our Mother’s Funeral, Cameron was very professional, and made sure everything went to plan.
We would just like to Thank everyone who was involved
It means a great deal when people take the time to share their experience and to highlight individuals in the team who have made a difference. The team will be very pleased to hear that their care and support made a difference to your family.
From first contact to service and after the service. the operational running of the company is far from none total professional in all departments
I am pleased that you had the trust and confidence in our team to be able to deliver the service you expected. Thank you for your 5* review.
All of the team were excellent. They were very professional at every stage of the process. I particularly appreciated the professionalism of their response on the evening my father passed away. They were very supportive on the phone and attended the house very quickly to arrange for the removal of his body to the Chapel of Rest. They then continued to support us through the whole process, putting in us in touch with a Celebrant and arranging flowers and the Order of Service. As well as booking the Crematorium they also arranged for the service to be streamed and the subsequent collection of my fathers ashes.
We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience online with us. It helps other families in their time of need. It has been an honour to look after you and your loved one and to respond sensitively to your specific needs.
Professional start to finish
Thank you for using our services for your loved one.
